Bonython Park is a 17 hectare park, and one of the largest single park of the Adelaide Park Lands, and now boasts a fantastic new children’s playspace with a 25 metre flying fox, wheelchair accessible merry-go-round, giant mouse wheel, water play and a chance for children to become an archeologist and dig for bones in the sand pit!
The new playspace is alongside the kiosk, which is under new management and offering yummy food for breakfast, brunch and lunch.
A new Road Safety Centre contains a ‘mock roadway’ in Bonython Park where kids can ride their bikes in a safe and fun environment, with real traffic lights, give way signs and even roundabouts!!
There is also a pond in Bonython Park where you can take your model boat for a sail.
New barbecues, picnic tables and shade structures make Bonython Park the ideal place for a family picnic or an occasion with friends.
With the kiosk now open and lots of great new features in Bonython Park, it is the perfect spot to have a coffee, grab a bite to eat and have a play!
